🚚 This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.theorgo.com, operated by Keerthika S under the trade name The Orgo. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
📍 1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can be delivered to residential and commercial addresses within serviceable pin codes.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before payment.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances. The Orgo is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
💰 4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on your order value, weight, and delivery location. The exact shipping amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check the website banner or product page for current offers.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- For remote or difficult-to-access locations, additional delivery charges may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.
🔍 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated after dispatch.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on www.theorgo.com.

📦 6. Failed or Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the order:
- The courier will attempt re-delivery up to 2–3 times depending on the logistics partner.
- After failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
📋 7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The Orgo is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at theorgofood@gmail.com or +91 8072026294 before the order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
⚠️ 8. Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date.
- Share your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos (for damaged items).
- We will investigate with our logistics partner and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
💵 9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and pin codes. COD availability will be shown at checkout. Please note:
- COD orders may take slightly longer to process.
- Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days of return approval.
- We reserve the right to withdraw COD availability at any time without prior notice.
❌ 10. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it at theorgofood@gmail.com or call +91 8072026294.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for post-dispatch options.
