We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your order is cancelled.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time of order placement.

We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

7.2 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our return criteria.

7.3 Cancellations
